Returns & Exchanges

Everything we make is handmade in small batches, so color and texture can vary a little from batch to batch. That's the nature of handmade goods, and it isn't a defect.

Unopened items
Unused, unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return or exchange, email info@verthandibotanical.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label. For returns, a flat $10 for return shipping is taken out of your refund. Exchanges ship back free. Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund the rest to your original payment method or send your exchange.

Opened or used items For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of body care, bath, or tea products that have been opened or used.

Damaged items If something arrives damaged, email us at info@verthandibotanical.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement.

Allergic reactions If you have a reaction to one of our products, stop using it and email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll work with you on a refund or store credit.

Candles Our candles are covered by Our Candle Guarantee.

Cancellations You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, from your account or by emailing us at info@verthandibotanical.com. After that, we've likely started on it, and these return terms apply once it arrives.

Subscriptions You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account.

Shipping costs Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Final sale Gift cards and lip butters are final sale.
