Cancellation policy

How it works
When you choose a subscription at checkout, you'll receive the items you selected on the schedule you chose. Your payment method is charged automatically for each order until you cancel.

Pricing
Subscription orders are 15% off our regular prices. Each order is charged at our current price at the time it's billed, minus your subscriber discount.

Reminders
We'll email you before each order is charged, so you can see what's coming and make changes if you need to.

Change, skip, pause, or cancel
You can change your items, adjust how often they ship, skip an order, pause, or cancel at any time. Log in to your account on our site and choose Subscription Management. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

When changes take effect
Changes and cancellations made before your next billing date apply to that order. Once an order has been charged, it will ship as scheduled.

Refunds
Subscription orders follow our Returns & Exchanges policy.
