Shipping

Processing time Every order is made, poured, and packed by hand in our Connecticut studio. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to ship. If you need something by a certain date, email us at info@verthandibotanical.com before you order and we'll do our best to make it work.

Carriers and rates We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Orders over $50 ship free within the US.

Tracking You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship We ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Warm weather We ship all year. In the summer months, coconut wax and body butters can soften in transit. A softened candle or butter sets back up once it rests at room temperature, and it works just the same. If anything arrives damaged, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Addresses Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or stolen packages Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, it's out of our hands. If your order shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us. We're glad to help you file a claim with the carrier.
