1. Daily Calm Ritual
Use the included bamboo scoop to fill one tea bag with loose herbs. Steep in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy A.M. Calm in the morning for a gentle start to your day and P.M. Calm in the evening to wind down before bed.

2. Iced Botanical Tea
Brew your tea double strength, allow it to cool, and pour over ice. Add fresh lemon, orange slices, or a touch of honey for a refreshing herbal iced tea.

3. Steeping for Self-Care
Brew a strong cup and let the aromatic steam become part of your moment of pause — perfect during journaling, reading, or quiet reflection. These blends were designed to support calm moments throughout your day.

Add one tablespoon into a disposable tea bag, ensuring it is not overfilled so the leaves can expand during brewing. Pour hot water over the tea bag in your cup. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes. Once the tea has steeped to your desired strength, remove the tea bag, gently squeeze out the excess liquid, and enjoy your freshly brewed tea.
